Filing a copyright infringement notification
If you believe material published on this website infringes a copyrighted work you own or represent, send us a written notice containing all six of the following. Notices missing any of these cannot be processed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
- The exact URL or URLs on conquercountriesapk.com where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it
- Your contact details, including your full name and a working email address
- A statement that you hold a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
We aim to review valid notices within five business days. Material we agree is infringing is removed promptly, and we will confirm by email once it has been taken down.
Counter notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and a working email address
Once we receive a valid counter notice we may restore the material, unless the original claimant notifies us that they have started legal proceedings.
