What to put in the subject line

We handle everything through one inbox, so a clear subject line gets your message to the right place faster.

Reporting something inaccurate

Corrections are the most useful message we get. If a version number, file size, requirement or install step on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what you saw instead. We would rather fix it than have it sit there being confidently incorrect, and we will update the page rather than quietly deleting the claim.

Problems with a download

If a file will not download or will not install, include your device model, your Android version, and the exact error text. Those three things resolve most reports immediately. Please check the troubleshooting section of the relevant page first, since the common causes are covered there.

What we cannot help with

• Support for the game itself. We did not make Conquer Countries and have no access to accounts, purchases or player data. Those go to Supersonic Studios LTD.
• Recovering a lost save. Modified builds cannot use cloud saves, so a wiped save is genuinely gone and there is nothing we can retrieve.
• Refunds for in app purchases. Those are handled by Google Play.
• Requests to make or supply a custom modified build. We do not take those.

Copyright holders

If you represent a rights holder and want material removed, please read the DMCA page first. It lists the six items a valid notice needs. Sending them together in the first message avoids a round trip and gets the matter resolved faster.

Privacy of what you send

Messages you send are used only to answer you. We do not add senders to a mailing list, and we do not pass addresses to anyone else. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of copyright notices, as described in our privacy policy.
